Gran Autòcton white

NATIVE VINES OF XAREL·LO AND MALVASIA

Varieties: 75% Xarel·lo and 25% Malvasia de Sitges from the Baix Penedès and Alt Camp counties of the Tarragona region.

Terrain: Poor, clay and some calcareous soils at an altitude of between 300 and 500 metres.

Ageing: Wine produced, fermented and aged over 10 months in large, 300 and 400 litre French oak and in earthenware amphora on its lees with bâtonnage, a stirring of the lees, each week.

Organic Wine: Yes.
